5:30-6:00 Beginner Training – Introduction to orienteering
5-7 Advanced Training – Corridor exercise

Instruction (outdoors) from 5:30 to 6:00 pm: We’ll cover everything you need to know to try out the sport of orienteering, answer any questions you may have, then help you get started on a an orienteering course that should take an additional 30-60 minutes.

Bring: good walking shoes, long pants, other clothes to keep you warm or cool and dry during instruction and orienteering, small pack or pockets for your valuables, bug dope, a whistle

Optional gear: pepper spray, water, snacks, compass
