Tentative agenda for the December meeting:
- 2015 events calendar (15 minutes)
- Equipment status (10 minutes)
- 2014 “Thank you’s” (5 minutes)
- Missing or misplaced controls policy (10 minutes)
- Strategic goals for 2015 (60 minutes)
- “Better promotion of our events” and “Host a National meet” clearly won most votes at the 11/12 board meeting, with 9 and 6 votes, respectively. I would like to focus our December meeting on “Better promotion of our sport”. This could be anything form community outreach and promotion of events to club swag (T-shirts, bumper stickers, etc. Think about how you would do this and come prepared for a good discussion on this goal.
