This week’s meet will be a traditional meet with starts from 5pm-7pm at Goose Lake.
The UMED area is in great shape, with low vegetation, minimal bugs, and drier than usual conditions. However, Orange, Green, and Red course participants may still get wet feet.
The courses include a fair amount of easy running, so don’t be discouraged by the longer distances. NOTE: It is only allowed to cross Northern Lights using a pedestrian bridge.
