Can you believe that we’re ALMOST DONE with our 2024 season points race? Yep, not only is this your VERY LAST chance to win your fancy champion glass at our September meeting, it’s also your last chance of the year to experience the new FNBP map in action. Just stay on course and don’t get lost…
The race will be at the usual time: Starts from 5-7, finish by 9. I will be at the start from 3:30 if you would like to start early.
There will be six courses:
- White: 1.1k, 7 controls. Mostly on Service campus. Mark is kindly making a training out of it!
- Yellow: 2.4k, 10 controls. Mostly in woods, a few off-trail controls.
- Orange: 4.1k, 11 controls. Mostly on trail system, a couple of farther out controls.
- Green: 5.2, 16 controls.
- Red: 6.5k, 19 controls.
- Service: 5.5k, 12 controls. Yellow-difficulty course for Service running team beginning at 3:30 PM.
So, enjoy your last foray into the swamps and woods before we switch to the sprint series. I promise the swamps were minimised. Mostly.
