The fabulously fun 2023 Orienteering Sprint Series is coming up, beginning with the first meet on July 26th at Ruth Arcand Park. The series will consist of six meets, with the final meet of the series being the Championship Final. Each meet will have two courses set, a short course and a long course. Anyone wishing to compete for a championship must run the long courses, and must compete in at least two of the five meets prior to the championship final, plus the final itself on September 6th. Dates and locations of the meets are:
- 7/26: Ruth Arcand
- 8/2: Earthquake Park
- 8/16: Service High School
- 8/23: UAA
- 8/30: Russian Jack
- 9/6: CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL at Bartlett
Overall champions and places will be named for both men and women, and
participants will compete to be age group champions in the following age
categories for both men and women.
- Under 18
- 18-29
- 30-39
- 40-49
- 50-59
- 60-69
- 70 and up
