Our end-of-season meet & pizza social is coming up on Sept 21st. During the social, we will also conduct our annual membership meeting were we elect new board members for the following year. The board usually meets 4-5 times off-season to manage the club’s affairs and plan for the upcoming season. The board meetings are typically held at someone’s house and usually include some libations.
Please consider serving on the board, its a great way to support the club and get to know other club members. The board is comprised of president, administrative vice president, treasurer, secretary and vice-presidents for equipment, events, media, mapping and training. In addition there are three at-large board members with no specific duties.
