Thanks Art! This was my first Ski-O, because I wasn’t being competitive. My friend and I had fun challenging ourselves to skiing some hills we’d never dared try before, and took our time finding as many controls as we could before we started running out of daylight.
You’re welcome, Dela! I’m glad you had fun. I forgot to mention that not all of the controls are in lit areas at night.
Went back this afternoon to ski the northern loop and find the rest of the controls. Beautiful today with the fresh snow. My new skis have vastly improved my abilities. 🙂 Found all but #40, but I didn’t venture off the main trail so can’t verify whether it’s missing or just well hidden on the minor trail. Forgot to mention earlier, the virtual feedback form does not include this meet in the dropdown, so if you’re wondering why other people aren’t posting their results, that’s probably why.
Just saw that 40 is a pit (forgot to bring clues with me), so that’s probably why I didn’t see it!
