Held on Eklutna, Inc. and Anchorage Parks land adjacent to Mirror Lake Middle School
Orienteers on the advanced courses were challenged by the subtle topography in the forest between Mirror Lake Middle School and Knik Arm. Ian Moore and Jen Joliff won the long advanced course for men and women. Steve Gruhn and Lexi Hill won the short advanced course. Mike Furman won the intermediate course, and Andrew Harmon won both the beginner and advanced beginner courses.
Thanks to Dan and Anne Billman for meet direction, and to Linda Kohn and Rick Worner of the Rochester Orienteering Club for help with course design and control placement and retrieval. Thanks to Eklutna, Inc., for use of their land.
